No. Cornerstone Air Charter is a charter brokerage, not a direct air carrier. All flights are operated by FAA-Certified Part 135 operators using properly maintained crew and aircraft.

We act as your single point of contact-sourcing aircraft options, coordinating with operators, comparing quotes, and managing the booking process so you do not have to call multiple companies or guess which option is best. 

Charter pricing is based on factors such as:

• Aircraft Category
• Trip distance and duration
• Crew duty time
• Fuel and landing fees
• Overnight or repositioning costs

We present transparent quotes so you understand what you are paying for.

Cornerstone Air Charter is compensated through a brokerage margin built into the quoted price. There are no surprise fees added after the fact.

Payment is typically required before departure once you select an aircraft and confirm the trip. Payment timelines vary slightly by operator and trip type.

• Short trips: as little as 24-48 hours (Subject to availability)
• Peak travel periods: 1-2 weeks recommended
• Large Aircraft or international trips: earlier is better

That said- last-minute trips are absolutely possible.

Private aircraft have access to thousands of airports that commercial airlines don't serve-including small regional and private use airports.

If there is a runway, we will find the right aircraft.

Yes, pets are allowed on most charter flights, subject to operator policies and aircraft size.

Minor changes may be possible, but significant changes can affect pricing and availability. We will always communicate options clearly before any changes are confirmed.

We work exclusively with FAA-Certified Part 135 operators that meet regulatory requirements for:

• Aircraft maintenance 
• Pilot training
• Operational oversight 

Safety is a non-negotiable. 

Private aviation offers flexibility, but safety always comes first.

If weather impacts your trip, we will coordinate alternatives or updates directly with the operator.
