Broker Terms & Conditions

Cornerstone Air Charter, LLC (“Broker”)
Effective Date: December 10, 2025

Cornerstone Air Charter, LLC acts solely as an air charter brokerage. Broker arranges on-demand air transportation services with FAA-certified Part 135 air carriers on behalf of its clients. Broker is not a direct air carrier, does not own or operate aircraft, and does not provide air transportation services.

All flights arranged by Broker are operated by independent FAA-certified Part 135 air carriers (“Operating Carriers”). Each Operating Carrier maintains full operational control over aircraft, crew, maintenance, flight planning, dispatch, and safety. Broker does not control or supervise flight operations.

All quotes provided by Broker are estimates and subject to aircraft availability, crew duty limitations, weather conditions, airport restrictions, and Operating Carrier approval. Quotes are valid only for a limited time and may change prior to booking confirmation. Broker reserves the right to arrange like-for-like aircraft substitutions when operationally necessary.

No flight is considered booked until Client has executed a Booking Authorization and satisfied applicable payment requirements. Any changes requested after authorization may result in revised pricing, availability, or itinerary adjustments.

Payment for charter services may be made to Broker or directly to the Operating Carrier, depending on the specific trip arrangement. Broker compensation is included in the total quoted price unless otherwise disclosed in writing. Failure to remit payment in accordance with stated terms may result in trip cancellation or delays.

Cancellations, refunds, and change penalties are governed primarily by the Operating Carrier’s policies, which vary by aircraft and itinerary. Broker will communicate applicable terms prior to booking confirmation. Refund timelines, if any, are dependent on the Operating Carrier’s policies and processing procedures.

Client is responsible for providing accurate passenger information, ensuring all passengers possess valid identification or travel documents, complying with baggage and weight limitations, and ensuring passenger conduct complies with Operating Carrier requirements and applicable laws.

Broker shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, substitutions, or damages arising from weather conditions, mechanical issues, air traffic control restrictions, crew availability, force majeure events, or actions of the Operating Carrier. Broker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Broker from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from inaccurate information provided by Client, passenger conduct, or violation of applicable laws or Operating Carrier policies.

Client consents to receive communications from Broker electronically, including via email and SMS, for matters related to trip coordination. Client information is used solely for trip execution and related services and is not sold to third parties.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Kentucky.

By submitting a trip request, executing a booking authorization, remitting payment, or otherwise engaging Broker’s services, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Broker Terms & Conditions.
